Herbalife Diet Plan
Remember the key is to keep it simple and make it easy for you to fit your life around.
Here is a simple-to-follow set of guidelines that you can adjust to your own preferences. Have some fun with it!
Morning Herbalife Diet plan
1. Drink plenty of water
Two to Three glasses of water each morning will help to hydrate you and clean your system.
2. Preparing your Formula 1 Shake
Add 2 level desert-spoons of the Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix and 1-2 teaspoons of Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder in 250-350 ml of normal water, fruit juice or soy/almond/rice milk. Try and avoid standard milk if you are not a regular milk drinker because some people are lactose intolerant. Add in some fruits if want to. I love to add some fresh strawberries and you can also add banana, raspberries, or also frozen fruits if you’d like to make a fruit smoothie. The important thing is to find your shake.
Blend in your mixer or handheld shaker – whichever is easier.
3. Preparing the Thermojetics Instant Herbal Beverage
Place 1 level teaspoon of your favourite flavour Thermojectics in a cup or mug of hot water. 250ml or thereabouts is fine. Let the water in the kettle go off the boil before pouring it into the cup. This is an excellent replacement for coffee and other caffeinated drinks and will help set you up with great energy for the day ahead.
4. Take 2 x Fibre and Herb tablets
and 1 x Formula 2 Multivitamin tablets
Take your tablets with the Formula 1 Shake, the Thermojetics beverage or just with water.
Extra note on the tablets – the Fibre and Herb tablets and Formula 2 Multivitamin tablets (Men and Women’s) are what are recommended to be the minimum tablets to take as part of any Herbalife program. Where you are adding any additional Herbalife tablets take these as well at the recommended intervals.
(Optional) Mid Morning Snack. This is a great time to have a Herbalife Protein Bar as a mid-morning snack. The protein content and low calories will help control your hunger. Choose a Protein Bar as an excellent alternative to high-calorie snacks such as pastries, crisps and regular chocolate bars.
Afternoon Herbalife Diet plan
- The 2 shakes per day are designed to replace 2 meals a day, in this example breakfast and lunch. Choose what meals to replace based on your own lifestyle. Even if you don’t usually have 2 meals a day I still recommend that you take 2 Shakes a day for the nutritional value and benefits.
- Top tip. Mix your second shake in the morning and take it with you to work. You can store it in any sealed water bottle and then just give it a quick shake prior to use.
3. Prepare and drink a second Thermojetic Beverage
(Optional): ONE Hour after Lunch: Have second Protein Bar as a mid-afternoon snack. This is a great snack if you’re feeling nibbly in the afternoon.
Evening Herbalife Diet plan
If you usually have your main meal in the evening, here is my favourite recommendation regarding what you can eat.
Eat exactly the same type of food that you would normally eat, just cut back on the amount of food. Ultimately this is where your success on Herbalife is in your hands. It’s simple law of nature that if you eat fewer calories you will lose weight. You don’t have to switch to different types of food to what you normally eat, nor do you have to eat differently to your family, just eat less.
Top tip. Putting your food on a smaller plate can help ensure that you’re eating less.
Take your 3rd lot of tablets before your meal.
So in summary just remember to follow this simple formula:
3 – Herbalife tablets three times per day
2 – Herbalife Shakes twice per day
1 – One main meal per day, just cut back on the amount of food.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day and avoid normal milk if you don’t usually drink it.
