Return Policy

Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use. This includes a 30-day money back guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the products, you are entitled to a full refund. Your refund request MUST be submitted to us within 30 days from receiving the products.

Refund Policy

  1. Make sure that you are using the products consistently. This simple step solves the majority of issues we come across. We offer personal guidance to all of our Customers, and find that the best results are achieved when our customers are following our advice.
  2. Contact us with any questions regarding product usage or results. The best results are achieved if you use the products consistently and correctly, with our guidance and assistance.
  3. For a refund within 30 days of receiving your products please email for full return instructions. We do not accept returns after 30 days under any circumstances.


Completed copies of the Retail Order Form and Customer Request for Refund Form must accompany all returns.  Once you contact us we will provide you with this documentation so you can begin the return process. You need to initiate the return within thirty (30) days of you first receiving it. No exceptions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Cash Refunds

There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.


If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added and re-stocking fees may apply.

Bounced Shipments

Makemehealthier do not hold stock and all orders are shipped directly from the Herbalife UK warehouse . This ensures maximum freshness and fastest shipping via DPD. For undelivered shipments that are bounced back to the Herbalife warehouse, for any reasons, you will be charged re-shipping fees to re-deliver your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
