Weight Loss. Substitute 2 meals per day with the Formula 1 Shake + the Personalised Protein Powder, and then have 1 main meal per day cutting back on the amount that you eat.

Good Health/Weight Control Take 1-2 shakes per day (Formula 1 + Personalised Protein Powder) depending on personal choice. I find that the Shakes and Personalised Protein Powder combo give me a great feeling of fullness, and stops me from snacking.

Formula 1 Shake – Top Tips, and how I use mine

I use mine in the mornings as a healthy Breakfast, and then have my second Shake at lunchtime. You can mix it in a variety of different things which is great and makes it very versatile.

I take 2 level desert-spoons mixed with Soy Milk and sometimes add some fruit like Banana or Strawberries and turn it into a fruit smoothie. Customers of mine use Skimmed Milk, some use rice milk or fruit juice; it’s all down to personal choice. One of the great things about the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake is that it mixes really well. Compared to other shakes that I tried before, this one had none of the lumpy consistency or horrible ‘artificial’ taste that some of the other that I’d tried had.

I still take my Shake everyday twice a day because ongoing health is very important to me.

Herbalife Personalised Protein Powder

Top Tips, and how I use mine.

I add one heaped teaspoon of the Personalised Protein Powder to each of my shakes. I find that it doesn’t really have a taste profile and mixes in really easily. What I do notice is that when I add this is that I just do not feel as hungry and it’s far easier for me to resist snacking through the day which is a great bonus. Less temptation is a big plus in my mind!

I’ve been using the Thermojetics Beverage for many years and I love it!

Top Tips, and how I use mine.
The Thermojetics Beverage gives me great consistent energy throughout the day. I’ve found this to be an excellent alternative to Coffee and I no longer get any of the ‘jittery’ caffeine side-effects that I use to experience with coffee.

I put one level teaspoon into a cup or mug and then add off-boiled water.  I have 2 cups a day. I also sometimes use it as a refreshing cold drink in the Summer. The Original flavour has a nice lemony tang to it, and I find it really refreshing served cold with loads of ice.
